Lektura moves — just like the writers who inspire us.From Homer to Hesse, so many great thinkers were wanderers, shaped by travel, distance, and cultural exchange.

We honor that tradition by keeping our archive alive across countries, conversations, and cultures, making it a "Living Bookshop".

We too are nomads.
Nicole was born in Romania and raised in Canada.
Philip was born in Germany and grew up in Austria.Our lives have stretched across cities, languages, and borders — and so has this project.
